Sylvie Aïbeche. Retiens bien ce nom. Elle a un jour décidé de laisser son costume de consultante pour enfiler définitivement sa tenue de super héros, celle de quaterback au sein d’une équipe de football américain. Sylvie a tout abandonné pour consacrer 100% de son temps à ce sport, elle l’a fait par passion mais aussi parce qu’elle est déterminée à aller au bout sa quête: devenir pro. Ce qui serait une première dans le football américain féminin. Sylvie va te plonger dans son univers et partager avec toi les valeurs qui guideront ses choix. Elle nous raconte comment elle en est arrivée à rejoindre le niveau le plus élevé au monde, celui des États Unis et comment elle mène cette quête tel un vrai jedi.

Le conseil de Sylvie: Il faut s’écouter, écouter son corps, on a toujours les réponses en soit. Il faut être capable de voir que l’on a des limites, des peurs et des croyances qui nous empêchent d’avancer et il faut essayer de les démonter au fur et à mesure. Ose sortir de ta zone de confort et visualise là où tu veux être. Continue à y croire, à avoir confiance et lâche prise.

Sylvie stops in to discuss her journey in football. She was instrumental in starting football in France and how the Show Friday Night Lights grew her love of the game. Sylvie played in France from 2012-2018 then played for Finland highest division before coming to the states and becoming the team captain for the Seattle Majestics in the WNFC. This year she was fighting for the role as the starting QB for the DC Diva’s. She discusses how her admiration of Tom Brady has helped her become the player she is today. Sylvie is also working to market the woman’s game and bring it the attention it warrants, she explains how great the Saints organization has been in developing the women’s game.
